SIFY & REDF
The evil twins are back. I have to be honest I didn’t think they would make new highs until seeing the action today. I’d be more inclined to play REDF because of the range. Both charts are very similar in nature and should stay in unison. Most likely you will see a run on REDF to the $4 spot or maybe a little bit higher and then possibly think about a short at that point. If playing SIFY there is a possibility to $3 although $2.80 is resistance from last October 22
RCPT
I like the way this chart is consolidating just slightly under the whole number of 40 which was today’s rejection area. I would be interested in longing this on strong volume and momentum above $40.51. Although I would have to check the intraday set up to confirm that the breakout is valid
KNDI
We saw such a nice move in TSLA today and with that chart setting up the way it is I would expect some sympathy going to KNDI’s direction. Right now I’m looking for a move to yesterday’s highs of $13.42 or long any pullbacks that hold the $12.80 to $12.60 range. A solid break above $13.40 could move this stock to the next resistance point of $15
NFX
I want to start watching this stock for a potential short trade. Right now the RSI is 89 but the pattern is in more of a grind up mode than a parabolic mode. I would prefer to see this stock surge above 42 with an RS I of 91+ before initiating a short position. It’s not quite ready yet but definitely on watch.
