Watchlist $NEWL $KNDI $TSM $UAL

NEWL

Although hard to see on this chart this was a big 100% plus mover off a 1-50 stock split. I know they dont but it seems like NEWL does that once a week. If you’ve traded it all over the last 30 days you probably know the recent history of of this stock. I wouldn’t rule out the possibility of this thing surging past five dollars and going on a day to run. I also wouldn’t rule out the possibility of this thing getting waxed out of nowhere or worse even halted.  These  stocks can be so tempting for new traders but you must have rules in place because a stock like this can dump literally in a second. Because of that I would feel much more comfortable shorting than buying.

KNDI

KNDI was trying hard today to keep itself above $19. I think if this thing can clear $19.40 within the first hour of trading there’s a chance this could re-attack the $20 area from two days ago and maybe grind towards $21. There’s always the chance that if  KNDI stalls out around this 19 area it may pull back some into the 17′s

TSM

I would use the same strategy for this as I did for LO and LXK in yesterday’s watchlist .these first day beaten-down stocks can provide some great opportunities. Many times these things panic sell early on the second day offering great bounce play opportunities if that happens I would look for a wash down close to the $20.40 area. That was support both on June 25 and May 30.We could see a nice bounce there. If by chance the first thing it does in the morning is bounce I would certainly look to short rather than long.

UAL

I might take a look at shorting this again. We got down into short-term support this one and if we can get underneath $44.70 there could be a nice flush on this . However the last few times that I’ve shorted the stock that flush has never really happened even though it has pulled back some from the highs of just three days ago it still hasn’t had a flush and is still holding up relatively well .
