Mixed Results
Stocks closed mixed Tuesday, lead by large cap indexes. Trading volume was light as we continue to chug-along here near highs. Biotechs were back to their winning ways as the Nasdaq Biotech index nears all time highs. Leading stocks generally outperformed, albeit by a smaller margin. CYBR extended it’s earnings related gains, yet VDSI swung wildly after announcing it’s earnings. LNKD, PAYC and a few others looked strong in the morning, but fizzled from there. Although there is a pick-up in names moving, the action is far from robust. I’m looking for near perfect entry points before I risk any capital here.
My allocation accounts remain in MDY, which underperformed on the day.
