NYSE Euronext U.S. Options Exchanges to Begin Trading Options on TWTR Friday, November 15

-Will Be Added to Weekly Option Series

NEW YORK, November 12, 2013 – NYSE Euronext U.S. Options today announced that its NYSE Amex ; and NYSE Arca options exchanges intend to begin trading options on Twitter (NYSE: TWTR) at the market open on Friday, November 15. ; Pending regulatory approval, NYSE Amex Options also intends to select TWTR for the listing of Short Term Option Series, with series expiring on the next five consecutive Fridays. ;

By rule, the listing of options on Twitter (TWTR) requires five days of stock trading history before it can be certified at the Options Clearing Corporation (OCC), which would occur on Thursday, Nov. 14, for trading on Friday, Nov. 15. ; The Specialists and Market Makers for options on TWTR will be:

Timber Hill LLC will serve as the Specialist on NYSE Amex Options
Bank of America Merrill Lynch will serve as the ; e-Specialist ; on NYSE Amex Options
Citadel Securities will serve as the Lead Market Maker on NYSE Arca Options
