Celgene Corporation (CELG) shares sold hard closing at $139.98 Down $7.34 or (4.98%). Stratasys Ltd. (SSYS) huge drop closing at $97.29 Down $7.08 or (6.78%). SVB Financial Group (SIVB) shares closed at $113.58 Down $7.61 or 6.28%.
Apple Inc. (AAPL) which outperformed closing at $523.48 Down only $6.84 or 1.29% but it’s below the 50 day moving average going into the earnings.
Splunk, Inc. (SPLK) shares got hammered on above average volume closing at $58.40 Down $6.64 or (10.21%). AMERCO (UHAL)breached it’s moving averages closing at $224.72 Down $5.81 or 2.52%. ProShares UltraPro QQQ (TQQQ) got rocked on heavy volume closing at $55.84 down $5.68 or 9.23%.
Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. (GMCR) below average volume closed at $99.03 Down $4.65 (4.48%) with a daily sell signal, sell at resistance. TripAdvisor Inc. (TRIP) closed at $81.90 down 6.21 (7.05%) daily oversold short term range.
Equinix, Inc. (EQIX) $173.35 Down $3.47 or 1.96% below its 200 day moving average. And finally Vipshop Holdings Limited (VIPS) great stock to trade closed at $138.11 Down $12.21 or 8.12%.
Markets got crushed on 4/10/2014 as Ukraine tensions heat up and bond markets rallied. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 140.19 points, or 0.85 percent, at 16,296.99. The Standard & Poor’s 500 Index was down 23.21 points, or 1.24 percent, at 1,848.97. The Nasdaq Composite Index was down 94.30 points, or 2.25 percent, at 4,089.60.
