So, today the small caps index (RUT) (IWM) breaks out to all time highs, and the same for the Nasdaq Biotech Index (NBI) (IBB). The S&P Biotech Index ($SPSIBI) (XBI) was already up there. This has the potential to become a melt up, if volume breadth accelerates. …it is all ‘blue sky’.
