The Business & Technical analyst will provide the detailed documentation (business requirements, functional and technical specifications, user interface models, BPMN diagrams, class models, use cases) for all of the People Strategy & Readiness projects and processes.
Key areas of responsibility:
Enterprise/Business Architecture: cross-function architecture modelling and documentation
Business Modelling: Standardized and detailed documentation of new processes (process maps, detailed workflows, decision loops, Roles & Responsibilities, work instructions, operational procedures, approval matrices, access rights matrices, rule sets);
IT (Tools) Application Modelling: Standardized collection and documentation of requirements for tool development and SharePoint configuration efforts;
Detailed User Interface mock-ups;
Detailed data model and class diagrams for DB creation, integration and administration
Detailed collection of Use Cases for all roles which are linked to the use of old/new tools => structure of user categories (power user, process user, end-user)
Technical specifications documentation (e.g. performance parameters, response answers, data redundancy, security requirements)
Integration requirements documentation for tool consolidation
Executes and documents the business / technical analysis based on the Enterprise / IT Architecture Strategy, done by the Enterprise / IT Architect for Sponsor and Senior Leadership validation;
Provides standardized (UML, BPMN) documentation for tool development;
Provides standardized business analysis documentation (using one internationally recognized methodology like TOGAF, FEA, etc.) to the Project Manager and Core Team of a project to support definition and validation of business architecture artefacts (e.g. processes, roles, tools, etc.)
Works with dedicated working teams to capture all of the details of a certain process or tool requirement and processes the data into meaningful packages for decision making
Experience and Professional Qualification Requirements:
Essential:
Business Process Management notation system (BPMN, UML, etc)
Enterprise Architecture methodology (TOGAF, FEA, etc)
IT requirements documentation framework (business requirements, functional specifications, technical and integration requirements)
Consulting skills, analytical thinking, business solution oriented (cross technologies, cross functions), sees the “Big Picture” but dives deep into all details to create an executable requirements set;
Certification: CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional)
3-5 years’ experience as Business Analyst
Fast learner and self-motivated for success
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills along with solid numeracy skills
Ability to work on own, using own initiative where they know it is within their remit
Excellent personal time management skills allowing them to prioritise what are the most critical tasks to complete
Very organized, detailed oriented and structured
Ability to define and work to deadlines
Holding others accountable for committed deliverables and deadlines
Ability to engage on Senior Leadership level
High proficiency with MS-Office Tools

Working hours
We require some flexibility in the working schedule from the candidate, but normal work hours are between 10am and 7pm Romania time.
This is a global role, engaging with people in all Time zones and a broad group of people in our team which are US based. This fact drives the requirements for some flexibility in the working hours, based on business needs. This can include very early morning calls or calls very late in the evening.
