The US Dollar Index fell slightly during the session on Friday, but remains above the 80 handle, thereby suggesting that buyers are going to step into this significant psychological level. We are looking for some type of supportive candle here in order to start buying again, as we believe that the impulsive move from the bottom is warranted, and should continue to drive the US dollar higher. With all things being equal, we believe this market should head towards the 81.40 level or so over the next several weeks, but it will more than likely a very choppy affair.
